Times for your call
So that you do not end up in a queue, here are the windows when the phone is definitely staffed. During treatment the answering machine is on, and we call back the same day on working days. For urgent cases, the last entry applies.

Check-ups, fillings and larger procedures take place within these time slots. Longer treatments are preferably placed in the morning.
Sandra Brunner treats on four days, now including Friday mornings. The lead time is around three weeks.
In these two windows you reach reception directly, without a call back. Ideal for invoice questions and rescheduling.
If you are in acute pain, call before you come. We will give you a time when someone is here.

Small question or major procedure
You are welcome to contact us about anything: a denture that presses, the question of whether a crown is really necessary, or a second opinion on a cost estimate from elsewhere. Anyone who has not been to the dentist for years is also welcome — there are no reproaches here.
From Herisau station you can reach us in a seven-minute walk, and the local buses stop in the centre. There are three parking spaces for patients in front of the building, and a lift takes you to the first floor.

When the door is open
We are closed over lunchtime. From 20 July to 7 August 2026 the practice is closed for holidays; the answering machine gives the emergency cover service.
