Arriving without having to explain yourself
The Feldweid practice has existed since 2011. Lorenz Ammann took over the rooms on the first floor at Kasernenstrasse from a colleague who was retiring after thirty years, and kept part of the patient base along with them. Renovations were carried out in two stages, most recently in 2019, when the third treatment room was added.
We take around forty minutes for your first appointment. We go through your medical history, record complete findings and take X-rays if necessary. We then sit down briefly and you learn what is urgent, what can wait and what costs nothing at all. If you are afraid of the dentist, it is best to say so when you register — then we schedule more time and do not treat at all on the first visit.

Where you will take a seat
The pictures show the way from the front door on Kasernenstrasse via the lift to reception. You will also see the waiting room with its view over Herisau, the treatment room for the initial examination and the screen on which we look at your X-rays together.
